Reporting and Disclosure ITS Amendments 2024-2026 Public Event with stakeholders

EIOPA is currently working on amendments to the Solvency II reporting requirements, namely the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/894 with regard to the templates for the submission of information to the supervisory authorities (ITS on Supervisory Reporting) and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/895 with regard to the procedures, formats and templates of the solvency and financial condition report (ITS on Public Disclosure). 

The work covers the Individual Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRTs) at solo and group level, including Guidelines for Financial Stability Reporting and Guidelines on third countries branches with a focus on a reporting burden reduction.

The amendments to the supervisory reporting and public disclosure package are needed to reflect the changes from the SII review (Directive (UE) 2025/2) and keep the reporting package fit-for-purpose. Furthermore, the review gives the chance to EIOPA to continue reducing the reporting burden in line with European Commission's goal of reducing reporting obligations and following-up the major simplification already achieved in the previous amendment in 2023.

The proposal for the reporting/disclosure package will be publicly consulted during July-October 2025. Before launching the public consultation, EIOPA is organising this on-line event with stakeholders to present the major areas of work and to raise awareness of the upcoming public consultation. 

The event offers participants the opportunity to exchange views with EIOPA staff, national supervisors, and other stakeholders from across Europe.
